What is hope?
When you are in a difficult situation or you want something, you hope things will get better or you will receive what you want.
Hope is the belief that the circumstances or what you are going through are going to be better in the future, even though you don’t know how.
Some people prepare and settle on a plan in the hope that the goal will be achieved.
In the first option, when you are in trouble, lost, or have health issues, you want to get out of that situation. Sometimes you don’t see how it will happen right away, so you hold on to hope.
When you want a house or to go on vacation, you hope to get the tools to achieve it.

Hope is an emotion that you feel while you are working on finding a way to obtain what you are looking for. It is part of us, and without it, life will be difficult, and the obstacles that we encounter will look impossible to surpass.
Today, with all the changes that are happening in the world, everyone has hope. Hope that the world will be a better place soon, that the bad people will stop destroying everything in this world, and hope that people will be more conscious about what is going on in the world. All those hopes are for a positive, peaceful, and harmonious life.
Some countries have only hope in their life because their life and environment are so difficult, they need to fight every day to have food, health, and security. They hope all that will change one day, and their lives will be easier.
Having hope is a powerful feeling and state of mind. When you hope, it affects your mental health. Hope has a positive impact on your mood and gives you the motivation to work today for the future.
Think of those children who disappeared or have been kidnapped; some of them are still alive because they have hope that someone is looking for them. They need to hold on to be fair to those who are looking for them.

For those who are ill, hope is what makes them fight. It gives them the strength and courage to do more, to find a solution, and to surprise themselves with how far they can go
Sometimes, you have hope, and the result is not what you expected. You’re still optimistic that it is going to get better;you just need to readjust yourself and see things from another angle. That is hope pushing you to be positive and always find another solution.
You have those who lost hope, are more pessimist, and become negative about any suggestion or advice that you can propose. Losing hope has a big impact on your mental health; you start to be depressed and close yourself off to other people because you feel they are too optimistic.
In certain situations, it is healthy to accept that there is no more hope for a specific situation. For example, when someone is sick and there is nothing the doctor or the patient can do to get better. In a relationship, you don’t need to pursue someone if he/she doesn’t want you in their life.
Quote: “When we love, we always strive to become better than we are. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.” ― Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist
“Hold fast to dreams, For if dreams die Life is a broken-winged bird, That cannot fly.” ― Langston Hughes
“There is neither happiness nor misery in the world; there is only the comparison of one state with another, nothing more. He who has felt the deepest grief is best able to experience supreme happiness. We must have felt what it is to die, Morrel, that we may appreciate the enjoyments of life. ” Live, then, and be happy, beloved children of my heart, and never forget, that until the day God will deign to reveal the future to man, all human wisdom is contained in these two words, ‘Wait and Hope.” ― Alexandre Dumas
